User uploads the real environment they want art for. KIRO starts the pipeline automatically.

Choose Photo

1. Upload Init

Creates a room-photo upload session and asset record.

2. Analysis Queue

Enqueues room analysis through Provider Router.

3. Prompt Packs

Generates Best Match / Statement / Contrast / Minimal / KIRO Choice briefs.

4. Dashboard

Returns uploads, analysis state, prompt packs, and recommendations.
